Prices and Shipping Costs

Delivery of your order is free for purchases over €59. The prices valid at the time of the order apply.

All prices stated in the MARIA GALLAND online shop are in euros (EUR).

The final prices shown in the MARIA GALLAND online shop include the applicable VAT.

Delivery

Goods are shipped exclusively to delivery addresses within the Federal Republic of Germany and the Republic of Austria. We do not deliver to the following areas: Heligoland.

You may also conveniently have your shipment delivered to a DHL Packstation of your choice.

Unless otherwise agreed, the delivery time is 2 to 5 business days from receipt of the order. In the case of advance payment by bank transfer, delivery time starts from the day after you have instructed payment of the full purchase price. If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized at the place of delivery, the next business day shall replace that day.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, delivery is made via standard shipping with DHL or a DHL partner transport company.

Returns

For the sake of simplicity, MARIA GALLAND requests that returns under the right of withdrawal be made using the DHL return procedure to the address provided there. Acceptance of returned goods does not constitute acknowledgment of your complaints regarding defects. To ensure prompt processing of your return, please enclose the invoice with the returned goods.
